Spanning the Willamette River at Portland’s southern edge, the Sellwood Bridge connects the Sellwood & Westmoreland neighborhoods with Southwest Portland. This cuff celebrates Portland’s newest bridge, which replaced the historic Sellwood Bridge constructed in 1925. The cuff’s minimalist design nods to the graceful lines of the three steel arches used in the construction of the 2016 bridge.
Inspired by her travels and by the bond a bridge makes between the communities it spans, designer Betsy Cross brings us the . Each cuff is a celebration of the bridge’s unique elements and structural beauty. Etched on the inside you’ll find the year the bridge was completed and its geographic coordinates.
